How do you measure data usage?

  • We do a summation of the incoming request size + outgoing content size (request headers + request data + response headers + response data).

  • We’re basically are counting all downloaded traffic.

How often does my residential bandwidth meter will update?

  • You bandwidth meter will update every 10 mins.

How many proxies I can generate at once?

  • You can generate unlimited proxies per order.

Can I generate proxies from multiple gateways?

  • Yes, cam.

Does the old set of proxies gets destroyed when I generate a new one?

  • No it does not.

Can I generate different proxy types?

  • Yes you can.

What happens when I hit my data limit?

  • Once you hit your monthly data/bandwidth limit our system will remove your info from our servers, and you won't be able to use them anymore, unless you decide to "TOP UP" your current data plan.

What type of proxies should I generate for X website?

  • FOOTSITES = STATIC RESIDENTIAL PROXIES

  • NIKE DESKTOP/SNKRS = ROTATING RESIDENTIAL PROXIES

  • ADIDAS = STATIC RESIDENTIAL PROXIES

  • SUPREME = STATIC RESIDENTIAL PROXIES

  • SHOPIFY = STATIC RESIDENTIAL PROXIES

  • FINISHLINE = STATIC RESIDENTIAL PROXIES

  • MESH = STATIC RESIDENTIAL PROXIES

  • MAGENTO SITES = STATIC RESIDENTIAL PROXIES

Which server should I generate proxies from?

  • If you're running on US websites then generate proxies from US servers.

  • For instance, if you want to run on SUPREME NEW YORK then you generate proxies form US Servers/Cities/ISPs

  • If you generate proxies from let's say UK server then you can't use those proxies

    SUPREME NEW YORK as they'll will be redirected to SUPREME LONDON locale.

Can I check my current DATA/BANDWIDTH usage?

  • Yes you can.

  • Simply login into your Pro Data Plan Dashboard, and check "DATA USED" OPTION

Can I TOP UP my plan after its expired?

  • No you CANNOT top up your plan after its expired. As soon as your plan is marked as EXPIRED we will removed your info & proxies from our network and database.

Are these proxies subscription based?

  • No, this is NOT subscription based proxies. We’ll NOT auto charge you. You have to renew your proxies manually if you wish to.

Can I get a Cancellation/Refund for proxy Residential Proxy plan TOP UP?

  • Absolutely NOT, once click "TOP UP" option/button from your dashboard, we’ll lock that proxy plan for you. You’re not entitled to any refunds, or cancellations.
